Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SCL-44639-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Valley Water as represented by Emmanuel Aryee.
The amendment is limited to removal of one 11” diameter-at-breast-height oak tree,
excavation and vegetation clearing of an approximately 96 ft2 area of the bank of San
Tomas Aquino Creek to access a pipeline portal for project related activities. No in-water work will occur. The area will be backfilled and treated for erosion control when project activities are concluded. Loss of the oak tree will be mitigated at a 6:1 ratio.
