Document Description
Development plan modification to a previously approved 124-unit multi-family affordable housing development and ground level commercial tenant space. The project modification included a reduction of the project site from 3.25 to 2.5 acres in area. The reduction necessitated certain modifications to the building footprint/configuration, and a reduction in the number off street parking spaces provided. The project includes a State Density Bonus allowing an additional 24 units (24%) beyond the density otherwise permissible on this site, and includes concessions to building height, and to Contra Costa County Inclusionary Housing Ordinance requirements pertaining to affordable rents calculation and unit affordability levels.
