The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has issued an ITP (No. 1927-ITP-2024-065-06), pursuant to Section 1927.3 of the Fish and Game Code to Phelan Pinon Hills Community Services District as represented by George Cardenas. The Project involves grading to support construction efforts for the Civic Center project on the westerly adjacent 5-acre parcel and the installation of an infiltration basin within the 14-acre Park property. The grading area is 515,342 square feet. A total of 13 Western Joshua Trees within the extents of the civic center grading.
