Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-KER-23604-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the California Department of Transportation.
The Project consists of activities related to replacing culverts, repairing culverts, and
installing new culverts, grated drainage inlets, flared end sections, and/or rock slope
protection. Amendment No. 1 involves clarification of some Project locations, changes
in quantities of Project activities and resulting changes in Project impacts.
