Document Description
A three-year Extension of CUP (EXT 26-002) for a previously approved 49,665square-foot warehouse building and associated site improvements on an approximately 2.43-acre site (CUP 23-003. The original entitlement included the adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP), approved on September 19, 2023. Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15162, the City determined that the previously adopted MND remains adequate and that no subsequent or supplemental environmental review is required for the Extension of Time.
