Document Description
The Modified Project proposes to develop a new transportation/distribution facility and ancillary office/maintenance building, with related site improvements, on a 6.83-acre site within the City of San Bernardino. The Modified Project would include installation of approximately 178,060 SF of asphalt pavement that would provide 160 striped trailer parking stalls and the development of an approximately 8,375 SF office/maintenance building with a FAR of 0.028. Additional related improvements include passenger parking to serve the office/maintenance building, ornamental landscaping, an on-site underground infiltration system, site lighting, and associated on-site infrastructure.
