Document Description
This proposed Project involves the development of a single-family residence on 2.5 acres. The Project includes a 1,891-square foot (sf) residence, a 336-sf
covered patio, a 77-sf porch, and a 511-sf garage. In total, the Project will grade 35,450-sf of land.
The Project will result in incidental take of four western Joshua tree (Yucca brevifolia),
which is protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The
WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
