The Applicant proposes to operate an existing ion exchange treatment plant for per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances – known as PFAS (PFAS), constructed under the Orange County Water District’s approval, and to reactivate the existing Bradford Well 4 that was inactivated due to contamination with PFAS prior to the construction of the treatment plant.
