Document Description
The proposed project includes Annexation, General Plan Amendment, Pre/Rezoning, Planned Unit Development for the construction of 189 homes and 48 JADUs and subdivision map with on- and off-site improvements in the City of Pleasanton. Per CEQA Guideline Sections 15126.6 and 15164, an Addendum to FEIR (SCH 2023050339) was adopted and determined that Addendum reflects the City's independent judgment and analysis on the potential for environmental impacts for the project and with annexation, the project will be consistent with the City's General Plan and underlying zoning district, as amended.
