Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number YUB-63747-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Olivehurst Public Utility
District (OPUD).
The project is limited to improvements to the existing wastewater treatment plant facilities as
part of a three component Project identified as the OPUD Pump Station and Pipelines Project
(previously known as the Wheatland sanitary sewer overflows (SSO) Infrastructure Project).
Pipelines will be installed below all 3 creeks.
