Document Description
The South Yuba County Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Improvement Project would consist of the implementation of sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) reduction measures to Olivehurst's wastewater collection system; modification of the OPUD Wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) to accommodate wet weather flows and replace obsolete equipment; expansion of OPUD's wastewater collection system to serve the South County Service Area between Forty Mile Road and Rancho Road; and development of a Water Plant/treated water distribution pipelines along Forty Mile Road and Rancho Road; and development of a wastewater collection system for City of Wheatland untreated wastewater at the existing OPUD WWTP. On November 10, 2025, the Wheatland City Council, as a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Responsible Agency, approved the following entitlement:
