Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-RIV-60205-R6, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602 to Riverside County. The Project is limited to the construction of a residential development across 140.8 acres. The Project includes 231 single-family homes, a trailhead/parking area, a sewer lift station, three water quality basins, open space areas, and a new intersection created along Iris Avenue and Chicago Avenue. Two rectangular concrete box (RCB) culverts will be placed in Goldenstar Creek to allow traffic to cross over the channel. Additionally, three storm drain outfalls will discharge to Goldenstar Creek. These structures all consist of concrete aprons and riprap energy dissipation at the outfalls, as well as at the entrances to the RCB systems. Riprap energy dissipation structures will be non-grouted.
