Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is funding the Project referred to internally as Cater Reservoir Resiliency Project. The Project to be funded by the State Water Board includes replacement of the existing sludge drying bed with a new 2.5-million-gallon chlorine contact basin, upgrades to the existing water reservoir and sludge drying basin, and extension of the existing gravel roadway with electric conduit and piping placed under the improved portion. The Project also includes the installation of new ground mounted solar panels, a new biofiltration basin with associated stormwater piping and demolition of the existing solids recovery basin and retaining wall.
