The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS- TUO-55638-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the Project Applicant, Groveland Community Services District, represented by Luis Melchor. Project activities will include the installation of a 6-inch (polyvinyl chloride) PVC drain pipeline encased in concrete, that will run perpendicular to an unnamed tributary to Pine Mountain Lake.
