Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SJN-59468-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Najee Zarif .
The project consists of the demolition and replacement of the existing structurally deficient,
single-lane, timber bridge over North Fork Duck Creek with a single-span, cast-in-place
reinforced concrete bridge with a 10-foot-wide travel lane and two 6-foot shoulders. The new
bridge will be 43.5 feet long, and 25.5 feet wide. A temporary low-water crossing will be installed
approximately 20 feet west of the existing bridge, consisting of corrugated metal pipes and
aggregate fill to maintain access to the project site. Construction activities will include vegetation
clearing, pile driving, grading, paving, and installation of rock slope protection.
