Cannabis operation including 10,000 square feet mixed light cultivation, 5,000 square feet indoor cultivation, and centralized processing, in addition to accessory propagation and ancillary processing in all new structures on a 2.5-acre portion of a 113-acre parcel located at 4707 Bloomfield Rd, Petaluma zoned LEA.
On December 9, 2025, the Board of Supervisors certified the Comprehensive Cannabis Program Update Environmental Impact Report (Program EIR), analyzing projects in the pipeline and a comprehensive update to the County's Cannabis Program. The Program EIR found certain significant effects and included mitigation measures and a mitigation monitoring and reporting plan to be applied to individual cannabis projects. The Board of Supervisors adopted findings and a statement of overriding considerations for the project.
