The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-SIS-64144-R1, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Danco Communities, as represented by McKenzie Dibble.
The projects are limited to the replacement of a culvert inlet, construction of a new culverted storm drain outlet, riparian habitat removal, and grading adjacent to a stream associated with a multi-family residential development.
