The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-NAP-51224-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the Project Applicant, Osborn Erickson.
The Project is limited to one culvert replacement (Culvert D), temporary disturbance of one section of stream (Realigned Stream Channel A), and invasive plant removal activities (Invasive Species Removal Area) to offset unauthorized culvert replacement work completed in 2022. No tree removal will result from Project activities.
