Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The Applicant has applied for financial assistance from the State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program for the Project referred to internally as 2023 Water Projects. The Project includes various improvement projects to increase the reliability, flexibility, and efficiency of Ventura River Water District's potable water production, treatment, storage, and distribution system. The improvement projects consist of water main improvements, a new 700,000-gallon water tank, a new pump station, the rehabilitation of an existing 210,000-gallon water tank, pump station improvements, the rehabilitation of a chlorination facility and upgrades, a new 3,000-gallon chemical tank, the construction of a standby generator sound wall, and the construction of two new solar (photovoltaic) energy facilities.
