Document Description
The scope of work includes the removal of the existing chain link fence, clearing & grubbing, placement of wrought iron fencing, and the installation of iron gates. This work will take place in Caltrans Right of Way (ROW). The purpose of the project is secure the existing maintenance yard and discourage trespassing into State ROW. There is a need to prohibit pedestrians from entering the facility as it would be endangering their safety and the safety of the traveling public.
