Document Description
Fields and furrows of farmland currently flood irrigated with significant irrigation return flows potentially discharging pesticides to Middle River. Project will install a dense tree row to reduce pesticide spray drift and install microsprinklers to eliminate irrigation runoff. No vegetation will be removed and locations where the farmland is disturbed will be covered and revegetated. Class 4, Minor Alterations to Land (CEQA Guidelines § 15304) consists of minor public or private alterations in the condition of land, water and/or vegetation which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees except for forestry or agricultural purposes.
