Document Description
A General Plan Amendment to expand the City of Lawndale's Sphere of Influence Planning Area to include a portion of Alondra Park/El Camino Village, Unincorporated LA County. Pursuant to CEQA, staff prepared an Addendum to the City's General Plan 2045 FEIR (SCH 2022120088). Additionally, Section 15601(b)(3) provides a common sense exemption. The proposed Project is only an expansion of a Sphere of Influence boundary line and will not create any significant impacts to an existing urbanized area.
