The project modifications and refinements include extension and modification of the Phase One in-water construction work window; minor refinements to biological resources Mitigation Measure 3.3-2c; a temporary change in dredging operations to allow for up to three 24-hour continuous operations events for a limited period of 20 days per event; and refinement and clarification of repair and upgrade activities required to improve the existing trestle. The Addendum also formally documents regulatory permit refinements that have occurred since certification of the 2024 EIR.
