Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLU-57764-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Feather River Canyon
Community Services District.
The project consists of placing temporary enhancements including steel plates and cinderblocks
on top of a culvert crossing on Mill Creek to facilitate construction vehicles crossing the creek as
well as carrying out a Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) activity under the bed of the creek
and excavation of two temporary pits, no larger than ten (10) feet by ten (10) feet in size each,
on opposite sides of the creek to allow for entry and exit of the drilling rod for the HDD operation.
