The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-MON-61596-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). The Project includes activities related to replacing
degraded culverts and associated features such as headwalls and drainage inlets and installing rock slope protection, as well as vegetation removal for construction access, temporary stream diversion, and installing erosion control treatments.
