Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-51752-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the City of Elk Grove. The project is limited to the construction of an approximately half mile (2,666 feet) long multifunctional corridor parallel to and crossing Laguna Creek, located between East Stockton Boulevard and Camden Park. The multi-functional corridor will provide maintenance access to Laguna Creek and Whitehouse Creek and will also act as a future pedestrian/bicycle trail. The proposed alignment begins at the existing paved trail connection just south of White Peacock Court near Beckington Drive. From there the alignment travels southwest before crossing Laguna Creek. It then continues west before crossing Laguna Creek again on a northwest orientation.
