Document Description
Beazer Homes ("Applicant") submitted an application for a construction of five two story duplex structures for ten "for sale" affordable housing units, including landscaping and amenities (PL24-0365). This Major Plot Plan ("Project") is related to Lot 13 of the previously approved Tentative Subdivision Map, Grading Exemption, and Annexation for a 56-unit residential subdivision (Planning Case Nos PL21-0269, PL21-0278, and PL22-0584) Major Plot Plan 1s for the construction of ten (10) residential units, configured as five (5) duplex buildings, each containing two (2) units with one shared wall between them. The ten duplex units would have two (2) stories, and would utilize a three (3)-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom floor plan that would provide approximately 1,259 square feet of living area. There are no changes or additions that meet of any of the requirements for preparing a subsequent or supplemental negative declaration per Section 15162 of the State CEQA Guidelines.
