Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SJN-63824-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Marilissa Loera.
The project is limited to the removal of existing rock slope protection at the site and replacement
with articulated concrete block channel protection to reduce scour erosion of Potter Creek in the
