Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-VEN-51745-R5, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Moorpark Property 67 LLC (Permittee), as represented by Makenzie Rasmussen.
The Project is limited to the grading and filling of an on-site drainage, construction of a drainage basin, the installation of two inflow structures, an outflow structure, and installation of a v-ditch structure and rip-rap pad. The outflow structure, two inflow structures, v-ditch, and rip-rap pad are all associated with the proposed basin. The proposed Project will support development of the parcel into a residential development, which includes the construction of 139 single family homes and associated infrastructure. This Agreement does not cover any Routine Maintenance or fuel modification activities.
