Document Description
Environmental Determination (ED26-0120) for a request by Greg Moore to amend the previously approved conditions of approval for Parcel Map SUB2015-00059/CO 16-0126, a four-lot subdivision of an existing 7.9-acre parcel into four parcels ranging from 1.82 to 2.07 acres for the purpose of sale and/or development. The request is to amend Condition of Approval #12.c.5 (Improvement Plans) requiring all overhead electric power lines to be relocated underground and poles removed, to instead allow the existing onsite electric power lines and poles to remain overhead and underground only the electric power lines dedicated to serve the future development of the four lots. The project is within the Residential Suburban land use category and is located at 1320 Machado Lane, near Hacienda Avenue, adjacent to the northwest corner of the San Luis Obispo Golf and Country Club. The site is in the San Luis Obispo Sub Area North of the San Luis Obispo Planning Area, Supervisorial District 3.
