Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-RIV-58243-R6,
pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602 to City of Corona.
The Project is limited to the construction of a business park with five proposed buildings and surrounding parking areas across 50.53 acres. The Project will grade and fill various unnamed tributaries to the Santa Ana River with a loss of Oak Woodland habitat. Additionally, detention basins are proposed to intercept the drainages within the canyon areas at the top of the manufactured slopes to act as levees for high volumes of runoff and high concentrations of debris. All storm flow systems following the detention basins will be constructed based on the site’s existing drainage patterns. General road improvements will also occur on Green River Road, Palisades Drive, and Fresno Road.
