Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBA-45998-R5) pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, the California Department of Transportation. The Project involves improving 3.75 miles of State Route 101 by replacing culverts and headwalls, shortening culverts, adding rock slope protection, and construction of a 450 linear foot vegetated rock slope protection embankment. The Agreement is being amended to modify current Project plans at Project location 2, requiring additional fish and wildlife protection measures, and reducing the impact acreages based on current information.
