Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-CCA-56108-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Outfront Foster Interstate, LLC. The project is limited to the installation of one LED digital billboard. A footing for the lower column will be drilled at a depth of approximately 27.5 feet, and the lower column will be installed using a crane. A concrete foundation will be poured, and once concrete has set, the upper column will be positioned using a crane and attached to the lower column. Decorative cladding, a bracing for the sign, and two digital displays will be installed. No trees will be modified or removed, and no equipment will enter the creek.
