Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SMO-45177-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, DivcoWest, as represented by Virginia Calkins.
The Project is limited to the activities described in the finalized Streambed Alteration Agreement to demolish the existing buildings and site facilities, grade site, remove debris, construct new commercial buildings and parking structures, improve site circulation including a new pedestrian bridge over Easton Creek, sea level rise and flood protection infrastructure, creek bank improvements including new outfalls, a retaining wall, and native landscaping.
