Document Description
On August 25, 2026, the Town of Apple Valley Town Council found that the environmental impacts of this Project were previously reviewed in conjunction with the Apple Valley 143 Project Environmental Impact Report (Certified EIR; State Clearinghouse No. 2022070019) which was certified by the Planning Commission on November 15, 2023. The Development Agreement (DA) is consistent with the "Certified EIR" and introduces no new significant environmental impacts. Town Council found that the provisions of DA 2026-002 are: Consistent with the General Plan or any applicable specific plan; Compatible with the uses authorized in, and the regulations prescribed for the land use district in which the real property is located; and Not detrimental to the public health, safety and welfare. Additionally, Town Council introduced Ordinance No. 579 approving DA 2026-002 between the Town of Apple Valley and COV Apple Valley, LLC
