Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SON-51429-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, City of Santa Rosa.
The project is limited to the replacement of 160 feet of 8-inch diameter sewer main pipeline below Santa Rosa Creek. The replacement pipeline will be installed via open trench. The trench will be backfilled and approximately 1,000 square feet and 85 cubic yards of rip-rap will be placed over the pipe at a depth of at least 3 feet below the streambed. 861 square feet and 40 cubic yards of native backfill will be placed over the rip-rap to pre-project contours.
The project will result in 0.06 acre and 32 linear feet of permanent impacts and 0.03 acre and 32 linear feet of temporary impacts to stream habitat. Three riparian trees will be removed.
