Document Description
The updated Climate Action Plan (CAP), including the CEQA Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Thresholds and Guidance Report, is the City’s primary implementation strategy of the San Ramon 2040 General Plan to establish a long-term greenhouse gas emission reduction plan, consistent with State GHG reduction targets for 2030 and 2045.
The Project is consistent with the scope analyzed by the certified San Ramon 2040 General Plan Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) (State Clearinghouse No. 2022060549), the adopted Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP), and related CEQA Findings and Statement of Overriding Considerations associated with City Council Resolution No. 2023-132, in accordance with all requirements of the CEQA of 1970, as amended, and will not result in significant impacts beyond those previously examined and none of the conditions described in Public Resources Code Section 21166 and CEQA Guidelines Section 15162 requiring preparation of a subsequent Environmental Impact Report have occurred.
