Document Description
The proposed Project includes construction and operation of a light fabrication building, including assembling, processing, treating, and packaging, with accessory uses including but not limited to office, research and development, storage, sales, and distribution; a parking garage; amenity/utility areas; a 49.9 megawatt electrical substation and switching station; and overhead electrical transmission service with associated improvements, which would connect to existing high-tension electrical transmission lines owned and operated by Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) to the west of the Project site. The Project would involve closure and reclamation of Guadalupe Quarry as a part of Project construction, as well as general plan land use and pre-zoning designations for land that is proposed for annexation into the Brisbane city limits, subdivision of parcels, sphere of influence amendment, and annexation of a portion of the existing quarry into the City of Brisbane, and preservation of habitat on the upper benches and undeveloped areas of the quarry as protected open space.
