Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is funding the Project referred to internally as San Miguel Wastewater Project. The Project includes improvements to the collection system, reclaimed water system, pumping station, septic receiving station, office and laboratory facilities, and additional maintenance and equipment storage and shop facilities; upgrading and modernizing the electrical controls and supervisory control and data acquisition system; and upgrading the backup power generation facilities. All Project components will be located within the WWTF with the exception of a new treatment processing pad, an all-weather access road, solar panels, and the associated grading. The new treatment processing pad and grading would be located to the north of the main WWTF on land owned by the San Miguel Community Services District that is routinely maintained and cleared.
