Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBA-56533-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation, District 5.
The California Department of Transportation is remediating 15 stream systems along the length of SR-154. Work covered under the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-SBA-56533-R5 includes work within the bed, bank, and channel at stream locations within the project area. Work includes culvert repairs; replacement, and realignment; installing rock slope protection; repairing/replacing/installing headwalls, wingwalls, and flared end sections; remediating culverts using either cast in place pipe or steel/concrete liners; and adding safety railings to headwalls.
