Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SOL-54683-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E).
The project is limited to decommissioning and removal of the PG&E-owned portion of an old pipeline crossing from the Sacramento River and adjacent federal levees. Excavation will be required for removal of the pipeline.
