This project will replace two existing bar screens at the Foothill Water Treatment Plant grit structure. The existing bar screens were installed in 1999, have reached the end of their operational life and must be replaced. This work will occur within the existing facility at the Foothill Water Treatment Plant. Access and staging will occur on paved or previously disturbed areas in the Foothill Water Treatment Plant complex.
