The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SBR-57637-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to SRD Design Studio.
The Project involves the construction of a 750,000-square-foot industrial building, an
outdoor seating/picnic area, an access road, two water retention basins, vehicle
parking lots, storm drainage improvements, and manufactured slopes to support a
pedestrian path.
