The project involves the extension of existing culverts at 38 stream locations along SR 58 in Kern County. Additional work includes the replacement or addition of concrete headwalls (HW), alternate flared end sections (AFES), rock slope protection (RSP), drainage inlets (DI), and construct a new stormwater retention basin.
