Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS- MAN-55305-R3, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602 to Eden Housing. The Project is limited to mass grading and filling of streams and wetlands, and removal of 17 willow trees (Salix sp.), and one coast live oak (Quercus agrifolia). The purpose of this Project is to provide affordable housing, Oak Hill Apartments. The Project will result in 0.043 acres (1,862 square feet and 949 linear feet) of permanent impacts associated with grading and filling of tributaries including ephemeral streams and 0.046 acres (2,024 square feet and 350 linear feet) of permanent impacts associated with grading and filling of connected wetland habitat. Additionally, the Project will result in permanent impacts of 0.115 acres (5,000 square feet and 180 linear feet) associated with riparian vegetation removal. The Project will result in a total of 0.204 acres (8,886 square feet and 1,479 liner feet) of permanent impacts, and there will be no temporary impacts.
