Document Description
Plot Plan No. PLN 26-0006 proposes the Costco Menifee Distribution Center within the Menifee Valley Business Park Specific Plan which consists of one distribution building totaling 1,263,525 square feet (sq. ft.) on 115.25 acres. The Project will consist of 452 dock doors, 497 passenger car parking stalls, 1,212 truck trailer stalls, 784,600 sq. ft. dry depot area, 270,000 sq. ft. cold depot area, 10,800 sq. ft. refrigeration electrical room, 15,000 sq. ft. office area, guard booth with canopy, fire pump house, exterior stand-alone restrooms, and solar canopies. The full build-out will be completed in two (2) phases as shown in the proposed phasing plan. The Phase 1 building area will be 694,800 sq. ft.
