Document Description
The Project includes the phased development of 90.58 acres of undeveloped land into a spilt distribution center and refrigerated warehouse,12 commercial buildings, 2 water detention basins, and associated utility and landscaping structures. Construction for the Project will occur in 3 phases. Phase 1 includes the construction of the distribution center, refrigerated warehouse, and 2 water detention basins. Phases 2 and 3 include the construction of typical retail buildings. The Project will permanently remove 90.58 acres of San Joaquin kit fox habitat (Vulpes macrotis mutica). The project is expected to result in incidental take of San Joaquin kit fox, which is designated as a threatened species under the California Endangered Species Act. The ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of species listed under CESA that may occur as a result of Project implementation.

From Hosking Road, the Project is located to the north approximately 0.18 miles (0.3 kilometers), lying between South H Street and Highway 99.
