Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SDO-33638), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, issued to the project Applicant, City of Del Mar. The Project consists of a pedestrian path extension. Project activities subject to the Streambed Alteration Agreement consist of the installation of approximately 40 pre-made concrete-and-pin foundations in San Dieguito Lagoon at the toe-of-slope of the San Dieguito Drive road prism. The foundations will be installed every five feet, on center, in two parallel alignments approximately 46 inches apart, and will support a six-foot-wide elevated boardwalk.
