The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-53853-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Timothy Roofian with Rodeo Credit Enterprises, LLC. The Project proposes the development of 298-unit single-family residences distributed over 76.65 acres along the perimeter of an unnamed stream on the western boundary of the Project site. Project activities would include site preparation, grading, building construction, paving, and application of architectural coatings.
