Document Description
The 3000 Bowers Avenue Office project, which was evaluated in an adopted Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (SCH # 2022020207) in 2022, included construction of two, 165,000 square foot, five-story office buildings totaling 330,000 square feet (with a maximum height of 87.5 feet at the top of the roof screen), a five-level parking garage (with a maximum height of 63.5 feet), and other associated site and public-right-of-way improvements at the project site. An Architectural Review permit for has now been approved for modifications to the original project. The modifications include construction of a 144,600 square foot, flexible industrial/research and development/warehouse building instead of the previously approved office development, a reduction in the number of access driveways to the site from four to three, and updates to the Transportation Demand Management Plan to include measures applicable for the new use on-site.
